Zen Forest – Retreat

Zen Forest is an extraordinary place where time stands still. The feeling you get when you walk in cannot be seen in photos, only felt. You are transported to a magical universe. The treatment by our host, Rachel is a 10 star experience. Not only was she the most incredible host but she was also our chef. Her food is mouth watering!!! Everyone went back for 2nd and 3rd helpings! There is a jacuzzi, a sauna, a pool, a forest to relax in… the details that went into creating this space are very special! It’s a place you never want to leave!! I would definitely book my next retreat here as soon as possible🙌❤️

Zen Forest Retreats is a magical oasis and hidden gem that I was so lucky to experience. I was looking for a wellness retreat during my time in Portugal and wow was I blown away. Everything that was curated for us on this retreat was absolutely mind blowing. From yoga every morning to breath work and cold plunges and sound baths. We also went down to Santa Cruz for a surf lesson and it was the best beach day I’ve had all summer. The yurts were extremely comfortable and everything you needed to be comfortable was provided. Every detail was well thought out. Highly recommend this for anyone traveling to Portugal.

A very relaxing place for retreats, and really good food

What a wonderful place to start with! The host is an angel, who makes the best food ever and creates a beautiful atmosphere and energy. I went there with stress and a huge back pain, but after the weekend retreat, I came out feeling stress-free, connected with myself and nature. Thanks to the fantastic yoga and ice baths, my back pain was gone! I feel so grateful and can’t wait to go back ♥️.

Zen Forest is a amazing home away from home. Rachel is an amazing host who will go out of her way to make you feel welcome and makes the most amazing and abundant vegetarian meals. Top notch yoga, breathwork, surf and cold therapy workshops combined with comfy glamping tents. I definitely will be back.
