I haven’t done much yoga but Federica’s class was so engaging and relaxing for me. She was very kind in guiding me and it really got me hooked for my next class. So happy I discovered this beautiful space

Cozy studio, balcony facing the sunset with a cute view, clean and tidy, comfy feeling. The teachers were amazing. Really felt like they have the skill and the talent. Amazing how all of them warmed my heart. Some spiritual people feel like "wannabes". Def NOT the case here. They felt soooo genuine. I'm so grateful. Thank you. You guys were amazing and I wish all the best for Unity Yoga Studio. Well deserved.

A cozy yoga space where I feel safe and softly guided to make my own practice deeper, free of expectations and focused on within. The studio is spacious and full of light, and teachers are just the best. It’s perfect for your short stay in the city (classes are taught in English), and it’s even better for a long-term exploration of your yogi journey as part of a very welcoming local community 🌿

It's a great spot and the only studio I return to repeatedly. I've been doing yoga regularly for a year and the classes have a nice mix of levels and styles. The instructors I've had are experienced and help tailor poses and intensity to the participants.Everyone is very supportive. The atmosphere is very calm, the view is great and the classes are a good size.

Unity Yoga has such a cosy and homey feel. It's a truly relaxing, safe and intimate space right near the centre of the city with a good variety of classes led by skilled and kind teachers that make you feel very welcome and taken care of. The studio also offers affordably priced workshops. It's a really special gem - I highly recommend whether you're already a yogi or just starting out!
