Super studio ! Je pratique le pilates sur reformer depuis un moment et j’ai énormément apprécié la séance avec Elo !! Super coach !! Et le lieu est vraiment propice à un moment de détente pour se défouler. Bravo !

I did my first reformer pilates class with The Reformer Lab and recommend them to everyone! An empowering place that values beginners which has been very uplifting! Great atmosphere too!

This studio is clean, atheistically pleasing and has everything you need pre and post a reformer class. The classes themselves were challenging but rewarding with lovely instructors guiding you along the way. I used the 3 pass introductory offer which I would highly recommend!

Beautiful Studio, delicious coffee and the class was super good. Nice mix of challenge and stretching. I would definetly recommend Mata‘s classes. <3

The Reformer Lab has been the most wonderful experience, first the team (managers, receptionist, and teachers) are always kind and approachable, both studios are top tier, and finally the diversity of workouts is incredible and I’m still not able to choose my favourite as I love them all! Would definitely recommend as a foreigner or a Portuguese :)

Exciting Staff and trainers…always in positive vibe to motivate us during the exercises and when at the studio. They keep finding ways to make the studios look better and keep advancing their equipment! As a regular client, I would definitely recommend the studio!

Espaço muito giro, infelizmente primeira vez que cheguei lá, disseram me que era obrigatório usar meias com antiderrapante se não, não podia frequentar a aula, fizeram-me pagar 22€ por umas meias banais, para depois chegar à aula e estarem várias raparigas descalças. Primeira e última vez.
