Her comforting energy, and holistic approach, is what keeps me coming back. Susana's Yin classes are the ultimate way to unwind, de-stress and relax. I would highly recommend!

Most of Susana’s classes explore a meaningful theme that allows you to reflect on how your experience and the lessons you learn on the mat translate into your real life. She guides creative sequences that can challenge you at any level while allowing you to have fun and to make the practice your own. Her sincere and bubbly energy spreads through every class. I would highly recommend practicing with her if you get the chance.

Excellent teacher , for anyone who wants to start practicing yoga. The classes have great pace and are easy to follow.
