Amazing experience in that new wellness studio in Lisbon. Teachers are knowledgeable, patient and always smiling! A really cosy place in the heart of Lapa where you can take time for yourself and move your body in a healthy way. A lot of different practices are offered, so you will have the choice to try something new. Highly recommended!
