Michi is a really thoughtful teacher! Before every lesson, she asks you to describe any pain or discomfort you may be feeling to work it out throughout the session. Not being really sporty myself, I appreciate how she adapts to my level and makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. I highly recommend her!

Yoga with Michaela is a great experience. For me, it was a surprise that I felt so comfortable doing Yoga. I am not really into that, but I tried it with her and I wanted more. Michaela is a really positive Yoga-teacher.
Bom, nunca pensei que fazer yoga fosse o que realmente é. Prepare-se para uma aula puxada, rigorosa, com muitas dores no corpo no dia seguinte, mas com uma sensação plena de bem-estar e flexibilidade. A Michaela, embora estrangeira, comunica praticamente em português, o que facilita quem não saiba inglês. Simpatia, rigor e muito profissionalismo. Assim deveria ser sempre. Altamente recomendado.
Michi is a wonderful teacher. Her classes are in attention to detail about your body and the asanas. A reminder to take the time to listen to the body, pay attention of what you need and prevent injuries. A must try to grow in the yoga practice ☺️

Working with Michaela Primus and her Sleep Program has been a game changer for me. I struggled with anxiety and an inconsistent sleep schedule, but through her guidance, I became more aware of the root causes of my sleep issues. The daily check-ins provided a safe space to discuss my progress, and the exercises were incredibly effective. Her program helped me add 2 extra hours of sleep per night, and the structure and support made all the difference. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to improve their sleep.
It was my 1st yoga with Michaela Primus on the beautiful terrace of the venue in Lisbon. She guided me through the whole session and checked whether I was doing things right and properly. She even picked up easier moves for me which was very kind of her. I definitely suggest working with her, she's a great person!
I found Michi by looking for outdoor yoga classes while travelling in Lisbon. A perfect meditation by movement practice in the early evening among beautiful trees. Michi was super nice, since I was travelling I did not have a mat with me but I could rent it from her. Highly recommended!
Had a really nice yoga session with Michi who has a positive energy. The place is cozy and really clean. I really liked her style as she was combing different elements together like balancing, strength and a bit of of spirituality! Can definitely recommend!
I had 2 yoga classes with Michi at the Little Yoga Space studio in Lisboa and it was amazing. I was lucky to be the only participant for one of her classes where she focused on helping and guiding me with the asanas. I had trouble with certain poses due to weak ankles and she guided me with some exercises to help strengthen my ankle and improve my mobility. She is very professional in her approach and makes you feel very comfortable. Thanks to her encouragement I improved my yoga practice a lot. I surely will attend more of her classes again. We hebben een hele fijne hatha les bij Michaela gevolgd. Ze gaf goede aanwijzingen en de les was goed gebouwd. Ze gaf ook verschillende opties om de moeilijkheid van de poses aan te passen.
I have practiced various forms of yoga with different teachers, off and on for more than 40 years. Now at 75 (and with a new diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis) my body needs an even more careful and therapeutic approach...I have found Michi's compassionate instruction to be the perfect balance for me--always encouraging me to find the "sweet spot". Strength, Flexibility, Balance, and Challenge without pain! I highly recommend.

Expert, thoughtfully designed, slow hatha-style yoga with attentive, compassionate care for body mechanics and detailed alignment. Appropriate for beginners just starting out as well as advanced practitioners looking for important adjustments. (I learned some pivotal micro-techniques, particularly in joints and sockets, that have already changed my practice!) I appreciated the small, private-feeling, personal class setting, and the personal flexibility in accommodating latecomers, starting a little later with consent from us early birds. No wonder this was recommended by every wellness practitioner I asked! My only suggestions are administrative and logistical - add a sign to the front door, put location/buzz in instructions on the email (so you don't have to google around), and standardize naming and email sourcing in branding and communications (whether Little Yoga or PT or other), so it's easy to search and find. Looking forward to a next class :)

I dropped into a yoga class during my stay in Lisbon. I found that Michi held a peaceful, mindful space that allowed for tuning into my body, which was exactly what I needed during my travels. I really liked that the whole practice prepared us for the final pose - making sure alignment and technique was correct and that the right muscles were warmed up.
Michi’s yoga class has a nice blend of mindfulness and movement. Michi has a kind, gentle and calming personality and I leave feeling relaxed and energised. Obrigado Michi!
Having not fully recovered from a broken ankle (in 3 places) about 11 years ago, I was fearful about walking, had back pain and aching knees after short walks of 4kms and had stiffness most mornings in both ankle joints. After this one session, I dedicated time and did my drills that were easy to remember. A video of the session after made it even easier and more fascinating to discover more about my own feet. My ankle joints feel more stable, my back pain and aching knees are gone. I've also been feeling like doing more, physically which has helped all aspects of my life. Such a seemingly simple session has given me much more access to my daily energy levels. Oh and I love that it doesn't take long! I really appreciate Michi's professionalism, humour and insight. Clear instructions and patient delivery helped me really 'get back on my feet'. Thank you so much. I'm so glad you exist!
Doing yoga while enjoying a beautiful view was healing in itself. The class was smooth, and Michaela provided great guidance for beginners. If anyone comes to Lisbon, I would definitely recommend it.
