I can highly recommend KDS Yoga and the Retreats Karol is hosting. Karol is an awesome teacher and such a lovely person. You will experience powerful yoga classes but also slow and regenerative sessions. During the Retreats you will find time for yourself, to talk to others or to join the workshops, which were very interessting and beneficial! Perfect balance of it all! On top, the food and accommodation was just amazing!! You will definitively not regret going on a Retreat with Karol!
This yoga retreat is all you need. It’s great yoga, interesting workshops, amazing food and good people combined in one week of intense practice for yourself. You’ll have heaps of time to be with yourself but also have a nice chat with everybody. Everything is just easy going. I’ll definitely come back next year! Thanks so much Karol.
