Great studio, clean modern and the owners are awesome. They're passionate and dedicated, definitely will come back. Full serve, towels mats water, as well as showers.

Really nice studio and the instruction is true Bikram dialogue, studio is perfect with everything you need. Best way to access is through the metro, 2-3 minute walk from Rato stop. Well worth the visit and the perfect way to end a day of cobble stone sight seeing 😀If I lived in Europe I would make this a must do visit 2-3 times a year, such a lovely city and so much to see and do, Sasakia and John just add to the experience. If you live in Lisbon you have a chance to be part of an awesome yogi community. 🙏

Absolutely love this bikram yoga studio! It is new and fresh, and they teach classic Bikram Yoga. Try it and you want be disappointed. They have mats and towels for rent as well, so you do not need to bring those with you.
