I can highly recommend this yoga studio! I joined for one week the asthanga mysore style class of Nuno. He is a wonderful teacher who perfectly supported and guided me individually in practicing the different asanas. Thank you so much!:)

Bought the 5 class package during my 10day stay in Ericeira. Tried vinyasa and aerial. The teachers are all very attentive and comes over to correct your posture. Left feeling great every time. 100% recommend - beginner friendly

Amazing studio! Had great vinyasa classes with Rodrigo and Clara, and Charlotte's ayurvedic massage was the cherry on top! The communication was perfect and very easy to book! Highly recommended 10/10

Exceptional. The class with Joana Cadete was high. Joana has an in-depth knowledge of yoga, which she shares with care and joy. Her focus on each person is absolute - a 5-star yoga class.

I've done yoga with many teachers around the world, and Ericeira Yoga is top of my list for the quality of instruction provided by the teachers I experienced here. The style is nurturing and careful, while still being challenging and vigorous. The teachers expertly help one to find that beautiful balance between inner calm and external effort that makes yoga so unique and fulfilling. I can't say enough good things about the teachers, the studio and the approach. I wish I could import the whole studio to my home town!

One of the best studios I’ve been to. I did a 5 pack during my 10 days in town - tried aerial for the first time and LOVED it. The teachers are phenomenal, wish I was here longer to enjoy the studio more. Such a special part of my time in Ericeira, obrigada!

A reliable place where you can practice and learn with safety and real quality about Yoga Darshana, physical and breathing exercises. High quality teachers and friendly ones, clean, good fragance, with all the necessary tools, very well located, natural light as well, with a basic bathroom, changing room, a place where we feel good. Languages: Portuguese, English and Spanish (the ones I'm sure there are). Very affordable prices.

I really wanted to enjoy this studio, but the class ultimately didn’t meet my needs. It might work well for some, but personally struggled to feel supported with a highly directive (instead of flexibly invitational) teaching style.

Knowledgable teachers, asanas in Sanskrit and both in English and Portuguese - which is helpful whilst learning the language. Happy to be here at least once a week!

I took aerial yoga with Ana and loved my experience ✨it was the first time doing aerial - Ana was super helpful, reasuring snd fun, i recommend giving it a go! The space is lovely with lovely details✨ i am going back!

I was in town for 3 days, and I did a drop in vinyasa class with Rodrigo. It was a great class, with a fun preparation for handstands. He paid great attention to details and I personally really like teachers who include knowledge about which exact muscles and bones are at play, so you understand where you need to engage. I've done yoga in many destinations all over the world, and Rodrigo's teaching style is definitely top! Would recommend.

Such a wonderful evening with a combined Vinyasa and Yin Yoga Class by Joana. I spontaneously attended the class on my summer vacation. 💛

Really hate writing bad reviews but I wish I read this review before I took class here: if you have a regular yoga practice and are used to thoughtfully sequenced vinyasa classes this studio will likely be a disappointment. Can’t speak to all the instructors but the “vinyasa” class I took was more like a bizarre yin class that went from planks to inversions within the opening sequence. There were maybe a total of 10 poses the whole class held for a very long time and then abruptly ended in an extremely long shavasana. No flow, no music, didn’t do a single vinyasa. Might have assumed this was geared for beginners but we were head-standing as the first pose after cat cows and planks. Ow, my back hurts. Very disappointing.

I had a yoga session every day for a week with Ricardo and it was great. Every session was wonderfully thought out and he was very present. As equally beneficial for my body and my mind! Thank you Ricardo 🙏

Exceptional yoga studio with wonderful teachers, every class was inspiring and challenging all the students on their own level - recommended whether you’re a beginner or advanced. Classes taught in Portuguese and English.

I tried the aerial yoga and vinyasa classes. Both instructors clearly guided me through new moves which I found challenging and very rewarding. I brought my partner to aerial and they loved it too. Well worth the visit and I would love to drop in again the next time I'm in Ericeira.
