Super good experience training with Dale! I was completely new to the whole gym thing, so didn't know what to expect. Always well explained, paid much attention to your posture, motivating and great fun! Would def recommend!!
Coming back from an injury and getting back to strength training I had a few functional goals in mind. Dale was the perfect PT to work towards them with. He was systematic, optimistic and kept me on track. All whilst keeping it fun. It has now been nearly two month of traveling for me and I still stick to the same training regime and for me that is the ultimate testimony of his work. Any PT can make you do things in the hour you are together but few can make you go looking for local gyms in west java(trust me it is hard to find) because they have taught you so well that it is a routine you want to hold yourself accountable to while traveling. Bonus: he puts up with my playlists from 2017/2018 Costa Rica trip😅 Thank you Dale!
Training with Dale by my side has been the best decision I ever made! The only regret I have is not starting sooner. It was “shameful” that I had to reach out to a coach in order to get back into shape, so if you’re like me hesitant because of pride, put that aside and get going. You won’t regret it. Dale made me a structured, easy to follow program after discussing my goals with plenty of room for adjustments if there were movements I didn’t like. He’s always in a dialogue with you about how it’s going, so you always feel seen which is very motivating, because you always want to “impress” him and make him proud. He helps you to be accountable towards your own growth, but without guilt tripping you if one day you didn’t make it. Highest of recommendations from here!!!

I've been working out with Dale as a personal trainer for a few months now and can highly recommend him as a trainer. We've been doing one on one training and he's been pushing me to get stronger and reach my goals. He makes sure to track progress and give you advice during and after workouts.

Top-notch training experience with Dale! I have finally decided to invest in myself and Dale was my first ever personal coach. Although I am pretty athletic, I felt I definetly need guidance during my strenght training as this was for me first time lifting weights (we didnt do only that :D)... I am passionate surfer and aftet training with Dale regularly during 2 month I have seen massive improvement of my perforamnce, endurance and also body shape. I think i never looked fitter and stronger. I grew some new important muscles on my back that I always appreciate when fighting with currents in our lovely home called ocean!! Dale is great coach, give you personalised guidance and challenges you the right way! Super professional and I will always recommend his services to anyone:)!! We mastered my fitness level also to the extende that I was ready to run Spartan race and I felt we have developed with Dale amazing fundaments for my personal strenght any life general!
