What a little cozy nook of Ericiera! All of the teachers really teach with their heart and I enjoyed many classes from reformer Pilates, myofascial release, to shake the dust. If you are looking for an embodied experience this is the place!

A great new place in Ericeira! Finally with Pilates reformer and great teachers! The place has amazing light! Loving it and looking forward to more hours in that place!
Amazing service! Just bare in mind that the studio is in the same building as Pao da Vila! Not on the field. Unfortunately sometimes addresses in Portugal are not aligned with google maps 🤗
