Josh is the best personal trainer! I've not looked back since starting with him and would recommend him to anyone. I always have soo much fun doing his workouts! They are dynamic and different every time and he makes us feel great by being so kind and encouraging. He helps us reach our personal fitness goals with specific targeted exercises and I've definitely been feeling more and more strong and capable. He also gives really good advice about technique so we are doing the exercises properly, without hurting ourselves, and checks in between scheduled workouts to make sure we're feeling good. He's amazing!
This is the second time I’ve trained with Josh postpartum and I can honestly say that it’s always money well spent. Not only does Josh keep me incredibly motivated but he’s also so in tune with all the aches and pains that come with a postpartum body. I feel fitter, healthier but most importantly ready to go back to work with a strong body I feel proud of. I would truly recommend Josh to every new mum on the block.
Josh is a wonderful PT. He both understands my needs and challenges me to be a better athlete. I had two big surgeries in the past year and he has helped me re-focus on strengthening the muscles around the surgery points.
